Corporate law also known as “Company Law” is a field that governs the formation of companies, shareholder rights, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, venture capital financing, business agreements, providing legal advice and opinions to Companies, Corporate investors and Financial Institutions and the general operations of Corporations.
Commercial law relates to trade and sales, it covers issues that occur in business and commercial transactions. It includes business contracts; reading contracts and amending them for the clients, drafting legal papers for businesses and reviewing business mergers. It may also require high levels of negotiating on behalf of the client for the terms of a contract, licensing and agency agreements.
