Nifemi is an experienced Associate Counsel at G.O Sodipo & Co. and a graduate of the prestigious University of Ibadan.

His legal practice spans Corporate and Commercial law, Intellectual Property and Entertainment law, Governance and Regulatory Advisory, Insolvency Practice, Labour law, and Dispute Resolution. He is an astute researcher and a member of the Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution team of GOS.

He is passionate about the development of Sports in Nigeria and Africa with particular interests in Laws Governing Sports, Intellectual Property strategies for Sports, Transfer Monitoring Systems, and Sports Administration & Compliance.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Section on Business Law Committee on Intellectual Property, Sports and Entertainment, and Corporate Governance and Compliance, member of the Intellectual Property Law Advocacy of Network (IPLAN); a member of the Juliana Imam Intellectual Property Creative Consult (JIIPCC) Pro-Bono Pool of Professionals; a member of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration (ITA), Graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), and an associate of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).
