Daniel Okechukwu Ozoma attended the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) from 1993 – 1999. He attended the Nigerian Law School in 1999. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001. He specializes in Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement, Litigation (Civil and Criminal), Insolvency and Capital markets, and Dispute Resolution.
He possesses vast knowledge in commercial transactions which he applies in giving informed advice and legal solutions to clients. He is a vital member of the firm’s Litigation department.
He routinely advices clients on data protection, franchising, distributorship, trademark and patent registration at the Nigerian trademarks registry, ensuring the protection of such intellectual property rights, and the commercialization of intellectual property rights.
He also advices on regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating services in relation to real estate transactions, such as mortgages, property/infrastructure acquisition and project finance. He provides the service of preparing and perfection of agreements for the sale and purchase of real estate.
Daniel also advices telecommunication companies in their dealings with regulatory authorities, assisting in procuring permits/approvals relevant to their transactions in Nigeria
